The Conferences & Events team are always happy to show clients our fabulous spaces. We find this is a useful exercise as our spaces are so unique and varied.

All Day Delegate Packages include, room hire, three tea and coffee breaks, and a light working lunch as a minimum. A range of delicious enhancements are available.

Most standard room hires are from 08.00hrs* 

*additional access can be arranged, occasionally charges may apply for out of hours access. Please ask your event planner for further details and availability.

Yes, we have complimentary WiFi available. It may vary depending on event requirements and an extended bandwith can be arranged on request. Hard wired internet is available by pre-arrangement at a relatively small additional cost.

Audio Visual is key to the success of an event. As we all know too well, technology is constantly evolving with new innovations and developments, and keeping up with this can be a near-impossible task.

As our spaces are also a changing canvas – for those reasons, we don’t have any equipment in situ. To help ensure that you have exactly the right equipment for your needs and budget, we place this in the hands of expert local providers. You are also welcome to use your own trusted supplier should you wish.

Unfortunately, we do not have any facilities to charge guests electronic devices. Please ensure these are fully charged before you leave home or, bring a portable power bank along with you.

We have limited storage; however, we are more than happy to help where we can, please always check with your event planner in advance of sending event materials and arranging later collections.

All our catering is produced in house by brigade of chefs.
Whether you are looking for a simple tea and coffee service or a full-blown celebratory banquet, we are your on-site experts, ensuring that all the i’s are dotted, and all the t’s are crossed. Our focus on supporting Yorkshire suppliers and producers ensures we can provide the highest quality ingredients and adds to the truly local welcome you will be sure to receive.

The majority of dietary requirements can be catered for, let us know in advance of your event day and we will make arrangements to suit your guests. The events team will always be able to provide allergen information for all food and drink prepared on site.

We offer complimentary on-site parking for up to 2,000 cars. Not only are the public transport links great but York mainline train station is within walking distance, which is a great meeting point for guests travelling from near or far.

Accessible parking is offered at the Marble Entrance for pedestrian access to the venue and facilities.

Access to the venue is via coded gates, and footbridge may pose restrictions for some vehicles of height. Please talk to your event planner for any detailed access information.
